Oatmeal – A filling, healthy breakfast

I don’t usually enjoy seeing Monday mornings, but I am extra thankful today. Between Cinco de Mayo and spending time with family, I had an indulgent weekend!

We’ve come a long way since then, but you’ve gotta start somewhere, right? If you’re ready to start juicing, but aren’t ready for ginger, wheatgrass, celery, or lemon – start here. Continue reading

Food. The Best Gift Around!

As a nanny, I know that one thing new moms lack is time. Time to cook, clean, or even think. Good thing breathing is automatic! Naturally, I chose the food route. I wanted to make things that they could freeze and eat at their leisure. I wanted to make things that the hubby could prepare while Mama is nursing, resting, sleeping, etc. Here’s what I did: Continue reading
